Best Albums Of 2009
2009/04/19
Hello. Fifteen minutes ago I decided to make a top 5-list of my favourite albums of the year so far. However, since I’m a bit lazy I just went to my last.fm charts and picked the five 2009 albums I’ve listened to the most. Thus you will have to wait some more months to hear my subjective opinions. Enjoy!
So here they are in no particular order:
Andrew Bird – Noble Beast
Jonna Lee – This is Jonna Lee
Polly Scattergood – Polly Scattergood
Loney, Dear – Dear John
Animal Collective – Merriweather Post Pavilion
New Dylan Album in April?
2009/02/21
According to an article in Uncut Magazine Bob Dylan
looks set to release an album of entirely new material in late April. Ten new tracks are expected for the record, which was reportedly recorded in California in October of last year.
Hopefully the new album will be available in Spotify later this year. And note that this is just rumours with no official confirmation yet. But still, being inspired by this great news, I have prepared a playlist with my 20 favourite Dylan songs. Some choices may be obvious, others not so much. I’ve also tried to pick songs from different albums and years.
What are your favourite Bob Dylan songs?
Popular albums so far

One week with this blog now. The language has changed and the name of the blog has changed, but the content remains the same.
Just for fun I will now make a list of the albums with the most clicks so far. Of course these “statistics” won’t tell the whole truth. Many Spotify users, myself included, just prefer to use the search function in the program. Copy, paste, Enter. But enough talk. Here is the top six.
1. Fatboy – In My Bones
2. José González – In Our Nature: Remixes
3. Various Artists – Thank You For The Music
4. Timbuktu – En High 5 & 1 Falafel
5. Adiam Dymott – Miss You (Single)
6. Sofia Talvik – Blue Moon
